Meet Our Expert Conflict Mediator

Lerner Conflict Resolution Center

Andrew Lerner

Andrew Lerner has been providing mediation services to the Orange County, Los Angeles, and San Diego communities since 2017. Andrew received his juris doctorate from California Western School of Law in 2017, and became a member of the California Bar in 2018. After working as an associate attorney at a prestigious family law firm in Orange County, Andrew took time away from litigation and earned his Masters in Dispute Resolution from Pepperdine University Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution in 2018. Shortly after, Andrew started Lerner Conflict Resolution Center.

In his practice, Andrew has worked with clients to address and overcome their individual conflicts. “In some cases, the conflict that arises in an individual’s life is best addressed through a legal system designed to provide a remedy for a harm inflicted. However, in many cases, I have found that conflict can be addressed more efficiently, cost-and-time-effectively, and with more positive consequence through alternative forms of conflict resolution, such as mediation, and the collaborative process”. It is for this reason that Andrew created Lerner Conflict Resolution Center in 2021, to provide a welcome environment for parties that are willing to resolve their individual conflicts through a collaborative approach designed to leave all involved with a final, positive, and enforceable resolution to their conflict.

Andrew has worked with hundreds of clients providing services in various areas of the law including dissolution of marriage, domestic violence, adoption, elder abuse, probate, civil, and others. Andrew has mediated hundreds of small claims, civil harassment, and unlawful detainer actions in limited civil court as a volunteer mediator. Andrew continues to volunteer his time to the Orange County Superior Court as a volunteer mediator.
